USAGE:
Antiseptic No-Rinse Incontinent Cleaner and Deodorizer. For cleanup of perineal area due to incontinence, PERI-WASH II is pH balanced to the acid mantle of the skin. For single patient use only. Feces and Diarrheal Cleanup: Spray PERI-WASH II on all fecal matter to stop odors. Remove bulk of feces. Spray additional PERI-WASH II on warm, moist washcloth and cleanse skin of all remaining residue. Turn cloth to clean side, and gently wipe entire area. Pat dry. Repeat if necessary. Routine Perineal Area Care: Spray PERI-WASH II on perineal area, wash with warm, moist washcloth and pat dry. Emesis (Vomit): Spray concentrated PERI-WASH II on soiled and odorous areas. Clean with warm water and washcloth.
INGREDIENTS:
Active: Benzethonium Chloride 0.1%. Inactive: Puridified Water, Sodium Lauroamphoacetate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycerin, Polysorbate 20, Citric Acid, Quaternium-52, Quaternium-15, Tetrasodium EDTA.
