General Policies
Orders over $150, will be charged a 35% deposit and will be charged out once the items are shipped.
All orders will ship within 2-3 weeks, unless indicated differently on our site with a particular vendor. The majority of items shown on the web site are not stocked, we consider each order a "special order". With that in mind, please understand that some deliveries may take weeks.

Taxes
We collect state sales tax when shipping to the following states:

Any and all sales shipped to a NY state address is subject to a 8.63% tax charge. This is for orders placed within NY and from out of state. If a deposit is taken, it will have this portion taxed and when the balance due is charged, it also will be taxed.

We accept cancellations on orders within 6 days of purchase only. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing an order.
Return Policies
Returns are only accepted upon return authorization issued by Park Avenue Gifts, please call us for that information at 631-673-0404. Any breakage or manufacturer defect is to be reported to us within 7 days of receipt, and all original packaging, labels and sleeves must be in the original condition as shipped by us. A shipping return will be given to you at our cost for broken or defected items.
