General Policies

We try to ship within 48 hours from the time your order is received however we can't stock everything and occasionally things do get backordered. Please note that if you place an order late Thursday or on Friday the order may not actually ship until Monday.

When you get your package inspect it right away. We only have 24 hours to make a damage claim with UPS. If the product is damaged call us right away. If you do not call we will assume all is fine. Sure we'll take it back if it is defective. It is very important to get the right item so please give us all the info on your vehicle. Call us if you have questions about fitting your vehicle. If you order the wrong part you will be responsible for all shipping charges encountered.
