The Village Spinning & Weaving Shop carries a complete selection of tools, accessories, supplies, books and videos for those who spin, weave, dye, knit, crochet, tat, make bobbin lace, make Kumihimo braid and more, From weaving looms and spinning wheels like Lendrum Spinning Wheels, hand dyed yarns and more. We're here to serve you. General Policies
We usually will ship In-Stock merchandise within 1 to 3 days from date of order except at peak or "rush" times of the year. If we run out of something, we will backorder the item and ship it as soon as it is available to us. There is no additional charge to ship backorders (unless this was a discounted/actual shipping order).
Shipping by "3 DAY", "2 DAY", or "NEXT DAY AIR" IS EXPENSIVE!! You may call us to place an expedited shipment order.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SHIPPING CHARGES SHOWN ARE FOR THE USA LOWER 48 STATES (THIS INCLUDES ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS). WE DO SHIP WORLD-WIDE and we will email you shipping options/prices and allow you to make the choice. In no case is worldwide shipping less than shipping within the USA. You can 'guesstimate' international shipping by going clicking on: Postal Shipping Estimate Select country, package shape, and estimated weight (WITH packaging), click on continue, click on dot at the beginning of your choice, then click on add extra services, click on 'insurance' and enter the value of your order and click on 'add'. Return Policies
Unused/unassembled merchandise in its original packaging can be returned for a Full Refund (less shipping - If you received free shipping because of the dollar value of the order, we will deduct actual shipping charges from any credit issued) only for 30 days from the date of sale. All exchanges/returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order (after 30 days, a 20% handling charge will be imposed - and the shipping charges) to receive full credit - less shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. If your order was shipped with Village Spinning & Weaving paying your shipping charges, those charges will be deducted from your credit.
No returns on looms, spinning wheels, any special ordered item, goods not in their original packaging, or other common-sense rules. No returns on books, dvds or videos - if one is defective we will exchange it for the same format and title only.

Unauthorized returns - and returns without receipts - will be subject to a minimum of 20% restocking. . . if we have to ship unauthorized material back to you, it will be at your expense.

Solvang's Village Spinning & Weaving Shop was started in 1992 out of a desire to simplify our lives and provide the best possible service and products -- something we find lacking in much of today's world.
Whether you are looking for a new spinning wheel, loom or some cochineal for dyeing or maybe a new tatting book, or maybe some yarn or fiber to add to your stash, check here or give us a call.
We carry much more than we can possibly list here, so... we have several different print catalogs - you can download a pdf file from this website for many of them. As things change, sometimes too quickly, prices in or printed catalog may not always be completely up to date.
Come watch us grow!!! We have added the shop next to us to our space. . . we now have more than twice the space. At the time of this writing, we had 19 spinning wheels assembled(and another 50 plus in boxes ready for you to take home or for us to ship to you) for you to see and choose from!
