General Policies

A 20% deposit will be taken on ALL purchases when your order is placed. The remaining balance will be charged once your purchase is shipped. Larger nonrefundable deposits will be taken on Special Order items. The buyer must cancel a Special Order item before it is received by Park Avenue Gifts. Once a Special Order item is received by Park Avenue Gifts, it becomes the buyers item and cannot be canceled. There will be no refunds given on Special Order times unless they are received damaged or have a manufacturer flaw. Custom order items will take a larger deposit 50% or more. Once the item is ordered there is no canceling. Custom items are no longer stocked by the manufacture and will be custom made to order, in doing so they can take 6 months to a year or longer for delivery and are NOT refundable, unless damaged. All returns should be made within 10 days. *Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the large amount of items carried on our site we do miss price updates occasionally, you will be informed of any increase in prices on items ordered and can act accordingly. We try or best to be up to date on prices quoted, but our deep discounts should make up for any inconvenience to you; our loyal customers. Typo's are not typical, but do also happen on occasion. Gift Boxing/Wrapping and Cards

• Please note that Gift Boxing/Gift Wrapping is available on selected items for a charge $0 per item.
• One gift card per order is available free of charge.

  Taxes

  We collect state sales tax when shipping to the following states:

  Any and all sales shipped to a NY state address is subject to a 8.63% tax charge. This is for orders placed within NY and from out of state. If a deposit is taken, it will have this portion taxed and when the balance due is charged, it also will be taxed.

  Minimum Order Amount

  Please note that we have a $50.00 minimum order requirement.

  Order Cancellation Policies

  There are no refunds or cancellations on special order merchandise, unless agreed upon by parkavegifts. Sometimes an order will take unusually long to deliver because of an out of stock situation with the manufacturer, we than will agree to a cancellation. Merchandise in discontinuation or special order items, can take up to one year to ship. Custom order items will take a larger deposit 50% or more. Once the item is ordered there is no canceling.   Warranties

  Unless recalled by the manufacturer only. If there is a factory default of any kind, we will be happy to issue an UPS pick up and will reorder/reship at no cost a replacement. Always call us if there are any questions and dissatisfactions and most always we will be happy to help and satisfy your needs.

  Return Policies

  No returns of name brand patterns and special orders unless flawed by the manufacturer, received broken, or wrong merchandise. We take a 15% restocking fee. A return authorization must be issued by parkavegifts and an UPS pick-up will be provided, however their original shipping carton must be saved for any possible claims. There are NO refunds given on custom order items, unless damaged in transit. All returns should be made within 10 days.
