General Policies

$100.00 minimum order required to ship within the U.S.
For all international destinations, minimum order requirement is $250 and there is an additional $15.00 handling charge. We regret that orders totaling less than $250 cannot be processed but our colors are available at Jackson's Art Supplies in the UK or online at www.jacksonsart.com
Please phone in your order if you have a gift certificate to redeem.
Please phone in your order if you are exempt from NY State sales tax and have a resale certificate on file. The website cannot take the sales tax off.
We only ship via UPS, using ground service or express if requested. Please provide a street address, as UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We will ship via U.S. Mail only to non-continental U.S. and international addresses, using Priority Mail.
