General Policies
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. If we are unable to ship within that time, we will notify you. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the next business day. Free ground shipping is offered on orders over $50.00 shipped within the continental United States.
Note: Free shipping does not apply to orders given a quantity discount.
Shipping cost are NOT refundable, unless the mistake is ours.

Return Policies
Merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange without prior authorization. You must inform us of your intent to return merchandise within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt of returned merchandise you will be given credit for your order. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

About Us
Jalanes originally opened in 1972 as a lighting store and over the years has adapted to meet the customers need for replacement lampshades and lamp parts. We stock a full line of hardback, softback, and pleated lampshades in linen and silk. A full line of standard and hard-to-find lamp parts and decorative hand-painted glass shades for the collector or the do-it-yourselfer. Also included are oil lamp parts, burners, wicks, a large assortment of distinctive finials, fan pulls, and light bulbs.
