We offer a wide selection of baking mixes, grits, cormeal, and flour, as well as various gift assortments featuring our products along with other fine food items. Virginia's Finest bake mixes, grits, hot chocolate, Virginia Gifts and Virginia Baskets. Cookie baking, brownie mix, pancake mix, scone mixes, pound cake mixes, spoon bread mixes, cornbread mixes cobbler mixes, muffin mixes, bread mixes and more.
General Policies
In-Stock merchandise will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt of order.
Shoppers will be notified when something is out of stock or needs to be Special Ordered and will be asked if willing to wait the time required for delivery. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, all orders must have a street address for UPS.

Byrd Mill
A Tradition Since 1740
The Tradition of Byrd Mill began in 1740. Young Patrick Henry visited the mill often, bringing corn, wheat and buckwheat from his father's nearby plantation. Byrd Mill continued in operation at its original site until 1968 when an untimely fire brought an end to production in the original building. Byrd Mill now located in Ashland, Virginia manufactures some of the finest gourmet mixes available while still offering many of those old tyme products.
